  • I made a mistake about the address, a model or a size when I ordered. What should I do?
    You can contact us at rendezvousparis.fr or at +33 1-45-08-12-12, so that we can solve your problem. We will do our utmost to take into account your modification as far as possible. (If your order has not been prepared or dispatched)
  • What do I do if my coupon code doesn't work?
    Check the validity of the coupon. During sales periods and certain promotions, coupons are deactivated.

    No, adding an item to the basket does not guarantee its reservation.
